12月3日，欧洲通信卫星公司（Eutelsat）与安哥拉国家石油公司Sonangol集团旗下电信服务商MSTelcom公司签署分销协议，将为安哥拉石油天然气、海事及陆地固定运营等关键行业提供OneWeb低轨卫星网络服务。根据协议，MSTelcom公司将成为OneWeb卫星网络服务在安哥拉的特许分销商，面向企业客户、公共机构和电信运营商提供低轨卫星连接服务。欧洲通信卫星公司是当前安哥拉唯一获许可的低轨卫星服务提供商，已在该国开展广播和连接服务。此次合作将建设地面站和本地网络接入节点等基础设施，支持OneWeb高速低延迟卫星服务覆盖安哥拉及中非地区。
