过去数年，Google一直在改进Cloud Print。Cloud Print的核心功能是使用户能与其他用户分享打印机，在任何地方打印文件。
市场上已经有足够多的打印机支持云服务，用户可以通过Cloud Print帐户管理这类打印机。但在今天之前，Google的Cloud Print只支持Chrome OS，不支持第叁方操作系统。
今天发布的Cloud Print Service for Windows使得系统管理员能方便地连接学校和企业的打印机。Cloud Print Service for Windows在后台运行，将打印机连接到Google的云服务中。Cloud Print Service for Windows兼容Windows 7、Vista和XP。
Google今天发布的另外一款工具是Google Cloud Printer for Windows，它从本质上说就是一款Windows打印机驱动程序。利用Google Cloud Printer for Windows，用户可以在任何应用中将文档“打印”到Cloud Print中。
Google今天发布的升级包还使用户可以通过提供链接，方便地与其他用户分享打印机。管理员可以限制每名用户每天可以打印的文档页数。
